Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (3–4 lbs)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, halved

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, and Seal Rock Italian Herb blend.

Pat chicken dry. Rub the herb mixture all over and inside the cavity.

Stuff cavity with lemon halves and truss the legs if desired.
